CONDEA Servo LLC, South Plainfield, N.J., has announced the expansion of the representation responsibilities of Maroon Inc. to include Michigan. Maroon Inc. has been serving a diverse range of industries, including adhesives, coatings and graphic arts, since 1977.

Degussa Corp.'s Silanes Business Line, Parsippany, N.J., has announced that Baker & Collinson, Inc., Detroit, has been named the official distributor of its organosilanes product line in the Midwest. Baker & Collinson is responsible for sales of these products throughout Michigan and in limited regions within Ohio.

Dunleary, Baltimore, has been awarded marketing and distribution rights for Noviant's carboxymethyl cellulose technologies for industrial applications in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Glennon Corp., Pewaukee, Wis., has become The Glennon Group, which consists of the entities previously known as Glennon Corp., Pewaukee, Wis.; Illinois Marking & Sealing, Elk Grove Village, Ill.; and Marcraft Corp., Indianapolis. The Glennon Group provides labeling, marking and carton-sealing systems throughout the Midwest.

Hockmeyer Equipment Corp.

Hockmeyer Equipment Corp., Harrison, N.J., has named Dixie Engineering, Inc., Birmingham, Ala., and Edwards Technical Sales, Norcross, Ga., as representatives of its milling, mixing and dispersing line of equipment. Dixie Engineering's territorial responsibilities include the state of Alabama, and Edwards Technical Sales' territorial responsibilities include the state of Georgia.

Pilot Chemical Co.

Pilot Chemical Co., Red Bank, N.J., one of a handful of remaining independent specialty surfactant companies, is celebrating its 50th year in business. In 1952, John Morrisroe started the company with the ice-cold sulfonation process technology he invented and patented. The process is a critical aspect in the production of some of the world's leading emulsion polymer and detergent surfactants and lubricant additives.

Rishichem

Rishichem, Chicago, recently finalized agreement with Kraton Polymers, LLC, to distribute the Kraton line of styrenic block co-polymers in India. Rishichem is a joint venture between CHEMCENTRAL Corp. and Rishiroop Group.
