Dymax Corp. has announced a restructuring of responsibilities in its sales and marketing areas to better respond to its rapidly changing global business. Key new appointments include Dr. Jeff Payne to the position of senior vice president of marketing, and Richard Golebiewski to the position of senior vice president of sales. Payne will lead the strategic marketing effort and optimize support for sales and communications for the sales and marketing group. Golebiewski will lead a reorganized and unified sales organization. The reorganization will provide efficiencies in the field where the company's managers will now be managing and supporting both medical and industrial product lines.
