ADCO Products Inc. has hired Tom Welch as senior automotive account manager. In his new role, Welch will be responsible for current direct and in-direct selling activity to Ford Motor Company and its tiers. He will also be accountable for developing new market opportunities for the company's automotive solutions within the Ford circle of companies. Before joining Ford, Tom was a strategic account manager at Material Sciences Corp. of Elk Grove Village, IL. His primary responsibility was to develop the Powertrain and Body Panel NVH market for MSC at Ford Motor Company. Tom graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
