Jarchem Industries Inc. announces its 25th anniversary. The company was founded on June 23, 1978 in Newark, NJ, offering only one product, sodium acetate. Over the years, the company has grown into a multi-million dollar chemical manufacturing, distributing and marketing company, offering hundreds of products to a wide variety of industries. In 1986, Jarchem acquired the Specialty Chemical Division of Fallek Chemical, expanding its distribution system to global proportions. In 1997, Jarchem became the North American distributors for Karlshamns of Sweden, increasing Jarchem's offerings in the cosmetics and personal care industries.
