The RP-1215 robotic dispenser, optimized for dispensing UV cure materials, provides a complete solution for adhesive, doming and hundreds of other applications. Product remains stationary on the large and stable machine bed, while only the valve moves, performing the dispensing pattern from overhead. DXF, PLT and G-Code files may be read directly from a user's favorite CAD/graphics program. The system is available in sizes up to 50" x 100" travel for large panel processing. All systems are available with a barcode input module, allowing the dispense pattern to be selected directly from a pallet or work order with minimal operator interface required.
