In working with FOSS, ISP receives the benefits of state-of-the art equipment, technical support and certain advantages in regard to warranties, pricing, training and applications support. FOSS gains exposure to new applications for its equipment, potential new business through the proliferation of ISP activity and an additional site for Beta testing new hardware and software.
“The proliferation of this technology throughout our manufacturing activities will further improve the consistency of ISP’s products, as well as augment its production capacity. Our goal is greater customer satisfaction,” said Edward Malawer, ISP’s director of analytical research and the company’s principal champion for the agreement.
