Henkel Corp. and Aviall Inc. have reached an agreement that will make Aviall an authorized distributor of Henkel aerospace products in the United States. Aviall began marketing and distributing Henkel products primarily to maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations on December 1. Through this affiliation with Aviall, Henkel will have access to 27 strategically placed stocking locations in North America for its aerospace products. The agreement allows Henkel to address its requirement for a full-line MRO distributor for its customers and increase its market presence by aligning with an MRO-focused business partner.
