Gary C. Andrews has joined Valiant Technologies, Inc. (VTI) as its new president and CEO. "We had the opportunity to work with Gary this past year in developing plans to grow and expand VTI into the professional and industrial adhesives marketplaces, and saw firsthand his executive management and entrepreneurial skills bring to us the professional experience we need to succeed with our business plan," said Peter Bouvier, VTI founder and chairman of the board. "Our former president, Jack Mattson, has taken on the position of chief operating officer of all VTI operations," Bouvier added. Andrews assumed control of VTI's day-to-day business on Dec. 28, 2004.
