Specialty Polymers, Inc., an Oregon-based manufacturer of chemical compounds used in glues, paints, inks and coatings, recently hired Tom Sennhenn as technical manager at the company's South Carolina plant. Sennhenn brings extensive experience in product development, technical service and technical management to Specialty Polymers. Sennhenn most recently served as a principal development chemist and group leader at Ashland Chemical in Columbus, OH. As technical manager at Specialty Polymers, Sennhenn will be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of the products coming out of the East Coast facility. He will oversee technical support of customers, new product scale-up and the Quality Department.
