SUPERTHERM 816H01 is a two-compound, thermally conductive epoxy compound used in staking diodes, transistors, resistors, integrated circuits and other heat-sensitive components to printed circuit boards. It adheres readily to metals, silica, plastics, ceramics, glass and various other substrates. SUPERTHERM 816H01 can be cured at room temperature. It forms strong, durable bonds that improve heat transfer while maintaining electrical insulation.
