Permatex has announced the availability of a new threadlocking product that will finally put an end to the messy liquid drips and solid stick globs commonly associated with traditional threadlocking applications. Permatex Threadlocker Gel, with its inventive Gel Twist pinpoint applicator, is made from a patent-pending formula that is just as reliable and much easier to use than conventional liquid and solid-stick threadlocking methods. The gel eliminates messy cleanups and costly waste, while the Gel Twist applicator puts the gel precisely where the user wants it, even in the most hard-to-reach vertical applications. Threadlocker Gel protects threads from corrosion, cures in about 15 minutes and performs in a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 300 degrees F. It is also one of a number of Permatex products recently approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) for maintenance use in food-processing facilities.
