Pearson Packaging Systems: Bag Inserter
This company has added new features to the Model Y1928 bag inserter. The device can now run at speeds in excess of 15 cases per minute. The large insertion-head air cylinder on top of the machine has been replaced with a programmable motor to reduce height. The motorized insertion head also cuts overall air consumption by approximately 70%. An innovative flap-folding option significantly reduces the amount of polyethylene bagging required in integrated corrugated-case packaging, saving up to 10% on the cost of film materials.
