UV III Systems has introduced the Sidekick, a high-powered, air-cooled, flood UV-curing system designed for use in smaller applications or in the enhancement of production lines. Lightweight, compact and durable, the Sidekick can be handheld or used alone or in multiples in a production system. It can also be used with or without a robotic arm to cure coatings, inks and adhesives. Inexpensive to purchase and economical to run, the Sidekick produces UV wavelengths peaking at 365 nm, or, with a Gallim lamp, 410 nm. The Sidekick starts and restarts rapidly, and lamp changes are quick with its easy-mounting lamp.
