Henkel Donates $1.35 Million For Tsunami Aid
Henkel has announced a cash donation pledge of $677,000 as immediate aid following the tsunami disaster in South Asia. In addition, Henkel is preparing a shipment of clothing and hygiene products valued at $677,000. "Henkel has endeavored to respond to this catastrophe by providing aid and assistance to the victims in as rapid and as unbureaucratic a manner as possible," explains Knut Weinke, executive vice president, Human Resources at Henkel KgaA.
