Both of these systems feature excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical resistance and excellent high temperature properties. Applications include assembling electrical and electronic components. Examples include smart card and RFID chip bonding. Cure times as fast as seven to 10 seconds can be achieved with these products at elevated temperatures.
