General Properties: This vinyl acetate/ethylene (VAE) waterborne emulsion aids the formulation of various adhesives and construction compounds with a reduced or eliminated need for added solvents or plasticizers. This leads to lower-emission products to meet VOC regulations or green-labeling guidelines.
Applications: General-purpose emulsion for use in tape-joint compound, construction adhesives, mastics, cement bonding and cement admix additives.
General Properties: K-FLEX glycol dibenzoate esters are easily biodegradable, non-phthalate plasticizers that offer FDA clearance for indirect food contact applications under 21CFR § 175.105(c), 21CFR §176.170, and 21CFR §176.180. The materials offer reduced set times and heat-sealing temperatures; increased open times and film flexibility; improved resistance to oil, grease, and water; and enhanced solution viscosity.
