Cray
Valley is now manufacturing its W
series pure monomer hydrocarbon resins at its plant in Channelview, TX.
The change guarantees that the company will be able to meet global demand and
improve distribution.
By shifting manufacturing
sites, Cray Valley now also has the ability to broaden the product’s range of
softening points, normally between 85º C and 110º C, to meet customer needs. These
resins are water white and have a very low odor.
W series tackifying and
reinforcing resins are used in mastics and EVA-based hot-melt
adhesives. Their stability makes them particularly suitable for
high-quality bookbinding, hygiene applications and packaging for luxury goods.
