The new Graco HFR Metering System is a hydraulic fixed-ratio meter, mix and dispense unit that handles two-component materials including epoxies, silicones, polyureas, polyurethane foams, and polyurethane elastomers. The unit offers a fixed ratio range of 1:1 to 16:1 and flow rates of 6.7 cc/s (0.11 gpm) to 315 cc/s (5.0 gpm). Its material handling capabilities allow the system to be used in a number of markets, including automotive, construction, recreation, medical, electronics, solar, and white goods.
