Milton
C. "Bud" Blackmore has been appointed to Innospec Inc.'s board of directors,
replacing James M.C. Puckridge, who has retired.
Blackmore
retired in 2009 from Sinclair Oil Corp., where he most recently served as senior
vice president of Marketing and Product Supply. Before joining Sinclair in
1995, he worked at Kerr-McGee Refining Corp. for 26 years, filling a variety of
accounting, marketing and general management positions. He received his bachelor’s
degree in business administration from Panhandle
State University
in Goodwell, OK, in 1969.
