The new C-DS Basic compact dispensing system processes one- and multi-component adhesives, casting compounds, and gasket materials with ease. Its main components are a material preparation unit, dispensing pumps, a mixing head and a control system. Each dispensing pump is driven by servo drive, thus ensuring high-precision dispensing and accurate mixture ratios for every type of individual requirement. A range of optional equipment extras - such as handling units, robots and tables - highlight the flexibility of the system.

Capabilities of the C-DS Basic include:

• Dispensing performance range of 5-50 g/s (depending on material)
• Viscosity of components 10-10,000 mPa*s
