Mondi Akrosil LLC has received regulatory clearance and thus successfully completed the deal with Nitto Americas regarding its facility (to be named Mondi Pleasant Prairie) in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The new state-of-the-art facility strengthens Mondi´s offering for specialized release liners in North America and provides ample room for expansion. “This investment benefits our customers as we significantly enhance our overall production portfolio and allows us to offer further print capabilities for hygiene and film,” said Thomas K. Schäbinger, CEO, Mondi Coatings.
