Accumetric LLC announced it has acquired Pol Lux Labs Inc., Hobe Sound, FL, a leading manufacturer and packager of cyanoacrylate and anaerobic adhesives and sealants. The acquisition expands Accumetric’s manufacturing and packaging capabilities in the U.S. and worldwide, as well as its distribution and presence throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and the southeastern U.S.

Pol Lux will remain in Hobe Sound and operate as the Pol Lux Division of Accumetric LLC. Ron Costello has been named general manager of the division.
