Emerald Kalama Chemical, a division of Emerald Performance Materials LLC, has expanded its distribution agreement with Connell Brothers, a division of Wilbur-Ellis Co., to support growth of its K-FLEX® products in Asia. Connell Brothers was originally appointed as distributor in 2007 for KALAMA® sodium benzoate in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. Based on the success of the initial arrangement, the company will now also manage and develop sales for K-FLEX products in Australia, Hong Kong, China, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Taiwan.
