Citrus plants in southern California are currently in danger of contracting a fatal tree disease from a tiny pest called the Asian citrus psyllid. The California Department of Food and Agriculture is asking homeowners to help control the spread of the pests by placing yellow adhesive traps in their yards for official examination.
