A new series of calibration sensors is available that reportedly can provide low-cost and precise do-it-yourself maintenance on the company’s SUNTEST® family of xenon instruments. The sensor design can allow simultaneous calibration of both light and temperature. By combining two sensors into one device, users can perform two measurements at the same time under identical conditions. This can provide a higher level of accuracy, thus reportedly reducing the time required to perform calibrations. In addition, tailored sensor adapters can ensure the correct sensor positioning to guarantee reliable calibration routines.
