Q-Lab recently announced that it was named one of the top 40 best small businesses to work for in northeast Ohio by The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Employees and community members nominated over 1,000 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies to participate in an employee satisfaction survey organized through WorkplaceDynamics. The results were reportedly based on employees’ opinions about their companies, as ranked on a seven-point scale. Q-Lab ranked among the best workplaces in its category.
