A new line of acrylic foam tapes (AFTs) is now available for use by industrial OEMs across the automotive, aerospace, electronics, mass transit, white goods, alternative energy, construction, and commercial signage and graphics markets. The high-performance tapes are reportedly designed to provide engineered solutions for a range of industrial manufacturing and assembly applications. They can be used for replacing mechanical fasteners, spot welds and liquid adhesives in permanent applications where a high-strength bond is required on substrates such as metals, glass, plastics, wood, composite materials, and painted surfaces.
