FLEXcon recently announced three employee appointments, including the creation of a new position. Don Ryel will fill the newly created role of vice president, Global Sourcing, to support the company’s global growth strategy. He has worked in many areas of the FLEXcon organization for the past 12 years and has managed the Product Branding Business team as vice president for the last eight years.

Michelle Ostiguy has been promoted to director of the Photovoltaic and Barrier Business team. She previously served as Market Development specialist for Photovoltaic. In her new role, Ostiguy will also oversee FLEXcon’s barrier business.

Steve Tomas has been named director of the Product Branding Business team and will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of this business unit. Since 2006, Tomas had served as director for Flexible Electronics.
