The new N-1000 two-part meter/mix and dispensing solution, available in both horizontal and vertical configurations, is a benchtop, positive displacement, two-component dispensing system. The N-1000H and N-1000V can be used for low-volume dispensing with no automation integration. The N-1000 Series uses digital controls for the adjustment of rate, ratio and dispense time.

Available in both variable- and fixed-ratio configurations and two drive motor options, the equipment reportedly offers precision progressing cavity pumps to provide accurate mixing and continuous flow of epoxy, silicone and urethane materials with repeatable results for each dispense. The N-1000 is built to exacting specifications, reportedly reducing cleanup, labor and maintenance.
