Univar Inc. recently announced it has completed its acquisition of Quimicompuestos, a leading distributor of commodity chemicals in Mexico. Quimicompuestos reportedly has strong relationships with over 50 key suppliers, and delivers over 100 products to more than 4,500 customers in 25 end markets.
