H.B. Fuller Co. recently announced that Ann Simonds has been elected as an independent member to its board of directors, effective October 1. With Simonds’ election, the board will consist of eight directors, seven of whom are independent. Simonds is currently senior vice president at General Mills and president of the company’s Mill City Division.
