Sartomer USA LLC recently announced it has appointed Marilyn Hanover plant manager at the company’s Chatham, Va., manufacturing facility. In her new role, Hanover will be responsible for all plant operations and activities.

Hanover enters her new position with over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the chemical industry. She began her career as a research engineer for Dow Chemical Co., where she advanced into leadership positions such as supply chain manager and production superintendent. In 1996, Hanover joined Sartomer as a technical manager at the Chatham facility.
