This company has announced the North American launch of Intercure^®4500, a high-performance, polyaspartic resin, semi-gloss primer finish that reportedly performs like two products in one, replacing a high-build primer or intermediate and aesthetic topcoat in one step.

The high-build polyaspartic resin technology was engineered as a low-VOC alternative to more complex multi-coat primer systems. Unlike traditional epoxy and polyurethane primers, the two-component primer reportedly offers superior corrosion protection and UV durability. It can be spray-applied in a single coat either direct-to-metal or over a primer, and offers fast cure times even in low-temperature environments.
