Hamburg, Germany-based distributor Nordmann Rassmann (NRC) recently announced it has acquired the majority of shares of Italian distributor Jointec s.r.l. Jointec reportedly specializes in the distribution of chemical specialties for industrial applications. Jointec will continue to operate under the same name.

“Our acquisition in Italy is just a first step,” said Edgar E. Nordmann, managing partner of NRC. “We’re planning further expansions in Europe in order to give the whole group additional momentum as we continue along our growth path.”
