Berry Plastics Group Inc. recently announced that it has appointed William J. (Bill) Norman to the position of president of its Rigid Open Top Division, and G. Adam Unfried to the role of executive vice president of Strategic Planning.

Norman most recently served as executive vice president of Strategic Planning. In his new role, he will provide overall leadership for the division, which produces rigid plastic packaging for the food service, dairy, food and beverage, and industrial markets.

Unfried most recently served as president of the Rigid Open Top Division. He began his career with Berry Plastics in 1993 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with the company.
