Sika Automotive Division USA recently announced personnel appointments in the Automotive Sales group, effective January 1. Jason Whitman, former Sales director for Asian OEMs, is now vice president of Automotive Sales. Whitman joined Sika in 2010 as Sales director, Asian OEMs.

Mitch Buback has been named to the position of Sales director, German OEMs. Buback joined Sika in 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Automotive Engineering, Marketing, OES Sales, and OEM Sales. Most recently, Buback led Sika teams responsible for growing the OEM business with important global key accounts, Volkswagen and Ford.

Paige Wilson has joined Sika Automotive as a research technician, reporting to Steve Davis, lab manager. She was previously a contract employee for the Sika R&D group in Madison Heights, Mich. Wilson’s main focus will be on Body in White bulk product development.
