3M recently announced it has appointed Michael F. Roman to the position of executive vice president, Industrial Business Group. He replaces Brad T. Sauer, who will retire on June 1.
Roman is currently senior vice president of Business Development. “Mike is uniquely qualified to lead 3M’s largest business group,” said Inge Thulin, chairman, president and CEO. “His deep understanding of 3M’s corporate strategy and portfolio, combined with his leadership success in the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, will contribute greatly to the continued success of the Industrial Business Group.”
Jon T. Lindekugel has been appointed senior vice president, Business Development, replacing Roman, effective immediately. Lindekugel is currently vice president and general manager for Health Information Systems.
