Hempel to Acquire Jones-Blair
Grace Matthews Inc. recently announced that its client, Jones-Blair Co., has signed an agreement to sell the stock of the company to Hempel A/S, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based global manufacturer of high-performance coatings. The acquisition reportedly provides Hempel with best-in-class technology, a complementary product portfolio, and a tenured, blue-chip customer base.
