NETZSCH Pumps North America LLC recently announced it has named Jeffrey Bye director of Customer Service, Engineering, and Projects. He is in charge of managing and supervising the entire Inside Sales team, along with Martin Coats and his Customer Service team. In this role, Bye will be working on projects with the goal of providing operational excellence in the company’s customer relations functions.
