Troy Corp. recently announced that Jan S. Beck has been appointed vice president and general counsel. Beck joined Troy in 2014 as vice president of mergers and acquisitions, and was responsible for orchestrating the company’s acquisition of a major competitor’s industrial biocides business.

In his new position, Beck will be responsible for Troy’s legal matters, as well as representing the company in a broad array of business endeavors.
