Resinate Materials Group recently announced that Brian Chermside has been appointed to the position of CEO, in addition to his current role as president. In this expanded role, Chermside reportedly will focus on driving operational excellence across company functions, in addition to managing corporate governance and strategy. Chermside has served on Resinate’s board of directors since 2015.

Resinate founder Brian Phillips has assumed the position of executive chairman of the board. As executive chairman, he reportedly will focus on advancing Resinate’s vision through exploration and incubation of new process innovation.

“Brian Chermside came to Resinate with extensive leadership experience in the chemicals industry,” said Brian Phillips. “Over the past two years, he has developed operational excellence across all business functions, in addition to leading strategic planning for our specialty chemicals business. I am thrilled to have Brian assume the CEO position, and excited for the future of Resinate.”
