PPG recently announced Radhika Batra will join the company as vice president, purchasing and logistics. Steve Lampe, current PPG vice president, purchasing and logistics, announced he will retire May 1.

Batra was previously vice president, global supply management, at BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Auburn Hills, Mich. She also held executive-level positions in procurement at Owens-Illinois Inc., Solutia Inc., and Rohm and Haas Co. She has a doctorate in organic chemistry from Columbia University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
