VanDeMark Chemical Inc. recently announced the appointment of David Rodems as chief financial officer (CFO). As a member of the leadership team, he reportedly will strengthen the financial and IT infrastructure, oversee capital structure, and develop economic strategies driving profitable growth and increased shareholder value.

“Dave has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO in senior financial roles on an international scale,” said Michael Kucharski, president and CEO. “His experience in global growth initiatives will be vital to VanDeMark as the company continues to expand in the worldwide marketplace.”

Rodems most recently worked as CFO for a private equity backed manufacturing company.
