Huron Capital Partners LLC recently announced its specialty coatings ExecFactor^® platform, Valentus Specialty Chemicals Inc., has acquired the floor finishes business Precision Technology LLC. Huron Capital formed Valentus in partnership with Ray Chlodney, John Ragazzini, and Bob Taylor to reportedly pursue a buy-and-build initiative in the industrial coatings sector.
