The Missouri S&T coating institute recently announced it has scheduled the short course, “Introduction to Paint Formulation,” for August 8-12. This course reportedly can provide new formulators a background foundation to formulate paints.

The institute has been offering short courses in coatings since 1958. Its current director, Michael R. Van De Mark, Ph.D., has been working in the coating and polymers industry for 40 years.
