Angus Chemical Co. and Univar USA Inc. recently announced that they have entered into a new distribution agreement, effective in July. Univar will become the sole distributor for Angus products sold to the markets covered under the agreement following a de-stocking and transition period with Angus’ incumbent U.S. distributors.
