Sashco Inc. recently announced that Wayne Summons, vice president and technical director, has retired after 40 years of service. He is reportedly the inventor of such products as Lexel and eXact Color sealants, and oversaw the company’s R&D efforts in creating a host of other sealants, adhesives, coatings and wood preservatives. He holds numerous U.S. and foreign patents.
