H.B. Fuller recently announced that it has received recognition from Nestlé’s North America Procurement organization as its 2015 Supplier of the Year in the maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) category.
According to Nestlé’s North America Procurement organization, the goal of supplier awards is to strengthen and develop relationships to deliver the greatest value to both them and their suppliers. H.B. Fuller has reportedly shared innovative ideas with Nestlé North America, including a new process to baseline current costs, and help them sustain these costs at constant levels on a per unit basis.
“We are delighted to receive this recognition,” said Rob Harmening, director of strategic accounts. “I believe we won this award because we have a partnership approach with Nestlé in North America. We listen hard to fully understand what they need at corporate headquarters, in their plants and across their supply chain. Then, we work as a team to deliver our commitments and exceed Nestlé’s expectations.”
