H.M. Royal Inc. recently announced it is growing its team to expand customer support and quality control as product demand grows. The company has hired Alan Livingston as manager of quality and compliance. The new role reportedly encompasses quality and compliance administration and employee health and safety management. With 19 years of experience in quality and compliance at large chemical plants like Sherwin Alumina Co., Livingston brings insights and expertise that will enhance current programs at H.M. Royal.
Justin Pflug, a scientist with sampling and analyzing experience, was hired as the new specialty adhesives technical and application specialist. Pflug reportedly will advance H.M. Royal’s market growth and customer support by conducting comprehensive technical analysis and providing the sales staff with the intricate information they need about the specialty adhesives products that H.M. Royal represents.
Steven Jagels joins the company as its new territory manager, covering Texas and Oklahoma. Throughout his career, Jagels has reportedly relied on H.M. Royal to supply materials and technical consultation. Already familiar with the company’s products and in polymer compounding for oil and gas applications, he will use his experience to aid customers’ chemists and engineers in developing the best materials for their specific applications.
“H.M. Royal has a 90-year history of identifying high-quality products and the best value for our customers and providing sales and distribution support to our suppliers,” said Joseph E.
