AGC Chemicals Americas has reportedly invested more than $1 million to enhance its technical center in Exton, Pa. The upgrades reportedly fortify AGC’s commitment to providing technical solutions and R&D services to customers around the world.
Renovated areas include laboratories for LUMIFLON™ fluoropolymer resins, AsahiGuard® water and oil repellents, analytical testing, physical testing, and microscopy. Other laboratories received new equipment. A state-of-the-art conference room was also added, intended to facilitate collaboration with customers.
“The improvements to our technical center are an investment in our commitment to finding the best and most efficient fluorochemical solutions for our customers,” said Bill Lillis, vice president of fluoropolymers. “We’re excited to have our team of experts working in a scientifically advanced setting when conducting research, testing and analysis.”
